Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your Paralegal subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing paralegal.admin@gmail.com. On cancellation, your subscription will not renew and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non refundable once a billing period has begun, because access to the full document library is available immediately on payment.
We will, however, consider a refund in these situations:
- A duplicate or accidental payment was taken.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription.
- A technical fault prevented you from using the service for a sustained period and we were unable to resolve it.
How to request a refund
Email paralegal.admin@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, with your registered email address and the payment reference. We will respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. It typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Free trials
Promo code trials are free and carry no charge, so no refund applies. You may stop using the service at any point during a trial.
